There is today a grass roots open source movement that is sweeping

You are invited to a series of talks, informal presentations, films

Network 23's Mutant Media DVD Project.

We invite you to submit your work to the Network23.org create your own Mutant DVD project. There are 5 subject categories. At the end of the project 5 DVD's will be created under a CC copy and distribute licence and put on line. The films submitted can be documentary, music, comedy, subverts, culture jamming whatever. But we are looking at a maximum length of 15 minutes probably.
